Click on the title of the catalog listed on the top right hand side
of the screen.
You may scroll through page by page or input the page number that you
wish to view on the lower part of the screen.
If you would like to see the covers of our most recent catalogs and
shop using them as a guide, click on Catalog Quick Shop on the left
hand side of the screen and then click on the catalog cover to begin
shopping
FINDING A PRODUCT USING A CODE NUMBER OR KEYWORD
Type in the code number (i.e. j-lop), with or without the hyphen in
the search box on the left hand side of your screen and click on “GO”
Type in a word such as “Lapis” and the products that include
the word lapis in the description will appear.
THE PRODUCT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR DOES NOT APPEAR
Once a product has sold out, it is taken off the website.
CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
The best way to check the status of your order is to call us during normal business hours (PST 7am – 5pm) at 1-800-634-9057. Or, you may email us at . Please provide your first name, last name and your zip code.
RETURNS
Please use the return address label on the shipping invoice that came
with your package. Please follow the instructions on the back of the
invoice.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase,
please return it, in new condition within 30 days for a prompt refund.
Items not returnable are consumables and personal hygiene items. There
is a restocking fee of 15% on videos.
