I have been a customer or yours for a while now. A day or two ago
I got a letter from you that basically notified me that a return I
had made to you was not replaceable with a darker color, and that
my credit card would be credited accordingly.
The letter surprised and pleased me for two reasons: One, the note
was both personalized and pleasantly written. Two, someone had taken
the time to highlight my name in the note. I realize this may not
seem like much, but it reminded me of why I always enjoy browsing
through your catalogs, and why I like doing business with you. It’s
the little things, like what I mentioned above, that make me feel

I know most folks probably write only to complain. I thought is might

People are quick to complain when things go wrong and rarely let people
know when things go well. And that's why I wrote you a note to let
your company Whole Life products did good. This was a miracle. I mailed
